Chamila is a civil law notary at NewLeaf Notary and practices across all areas of notarial law, with a clear focus and extensive experience in real estate and corporate law. She is closely involved in real estate development and supports the preparation of construction projects and apartment complexes, including all related legal aspects.
Her work includes advising clients, drafting contracts, condominium regulations, sub-divisions, establishing homeowners’ associations, regulating shared property and usufruct, preparing standard terms and management agreements, and establishing mortgages and other securities such as pledges – all in the broadest sense of the word.
